Running a project well, particularly in smaller organisations without the backing of specialist project managers or other resources can be a challenge. There are books and ‘how to’ guides in abundance but they can too often leave te reader even more confused or terrified that ‘we won’t do it right’.
However, there is no reason why being small should stop you running effective and successful projects. Once you have cut through the jargon and the mystique that so often surrounds project management there are simple steps you can take to help to ensure your project delivers what you wanted it to in the time you needed it to.
